I haven’t been involved much in the planning, but it sounds like we’ll meet at the Brewer’s Kettle in Kernersville on March 10th (time TBD). We’ll get some sort of very mild beer and dose it with various off-flavors from the kit. I don’t know what the exact format will be, but when I’ve seen these done in the past, the organizer would pour samples, dose them, and then distribute them to the participants without indicating which off flavor they were looking for. That gives the participants a chance to look for it before being given the answer.
